Me and my twin sister was adopted to Sweden from Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1989.


We had a great Swedish upbringing but as soon as it became a conflict blamed teachers and other pupils at us. Our adoptive parents have contacted the child psychiatric ward (BUP) at various times through our lives with the purpose to get help to resolve conflicts at the school in my parents' opinion not only depended on me and my sister. Child psychiatric ward, however, recorded a distorted and biased view against us, which neither we nor the parents have known.


Several years later, when we're moving away from home at age 19 in 2009, used Swedish social services, psychiatric and court these acts against us. They imposes a trustee who takes over everything we own against our will. They argue that we suffer from diagnoses that later proved false, including easy retardation!


The basic requirements for a trust is that there is an illness. Marginal mental retardation and Asperger alleged trustee / trustees that we suffered and referred to child psychiatric ward certificate.
The court could then judge us for stewardship / minor declaration with the certificate because even though the certificate did not follow set rules or was written in purpose!


The certificate was written in LSS purposes, we had no need of LSS because diagnoses of Asperger and marginal mental retardation were wrong .. But the old data and diagnoses from child psychiatric ward led to social services thought we had this need!


Once stewardship is in place so it does not matter that one can refute the diagnosis, they do not take away the stewardship because they do not need.


As you get charged with threats (June 2012) used the old records from the child psychiatric ward and Adult Psych against me. My history is distorted and all the conflicts I have been involved ever since elementary school mentioned .. Even in fights where they themselves write the second student subjected me to harassment so they get it to appear as if I was the villain. They mean that I thus suffered from mental disorder / disease already at the time of the conflict, even if it was an ordinary brawl in a classroom at primary and secondary school. Then turned everything written in the records against me so they can stamp a seriously mentally disturbed / ill when lots of data they are based on can be proven wrong ..


I have evidence that several facts are wrong .. But investigators and authorities do not allow the person being investigated bring forth any evidence, they read in journals and copies the facts and submit inquiry with lots of factual errors to the court.


The facts may include, for example, that I shall have sexually molested the girls in high school which was a rumor that has been spread in the school. Reputation diffuser sent a complaint to the police, I have full investigation and the matter went no further business to prosecution .. But Forensic psychiatry does not check the information with the police or the courts, but think that all of the old records are correct and enter the data in an investigation in which they clearly want to give me a serious mental illness ..


I have evidence that several errors of fact not true, but no one has listened and allowed me to bring forth the evidence in the light. They do not sit down and listen to me, or alternatively read through what I have in evidence. The Forensic psychiatry in Huddinge, they refused to bring in any documents I had in my possession, but they said that for reasons of principle, it was no fault of the journal data that existed (an annotator can never write error) and therefore there was no need to check my evidence.


Swedish law says you can not sue annotator after two years of an assignment recorded when it barred .. In other words, I can not report old data inaccurate!


But investigators Forensic psychiatry can make use of old medical records more than eleven years after they recorded ..


So when I realize that there are inaccuracies, and that investigators use these against me in the investigation, so I can no longer get the errors corrected!


The law says that you can not get a journal degraded when used as a basis for a decision or a judgment because it is in the public interest to support the judgment or order preserved .. "The public" is really the authorities ..
So when the judgment is well distributed, with the investigation that is faulty in large part as a basis, well then I can not get it wiped out.


The law says that those who recorded the information in the record shall correct these if they are misleading or inaccurate .. But the staff never think that they made a mistake and refuses therefore to correct the records! They write that "Nygren believes that the facts are wrong," but they refuse to write "facts are wrong" ...


One can consider that only the court should judge a person .. But in practical terms, the psyche judge you by noting that you committed the acts you did not commit .. Forensic psychiatry and psychiatric authorities believe the data and you're treated as if you are guilty of what they recorded, even though it is not true!


The courts rely on psychiatric staff's professionalism and therefore you do not get the opportunity to highlight the errors in the investigation. The staff do not think critically neither the court or in psychiatry! This leads to inaccuracies are taken as truths, and it results in terrible restrictive decision for the individual!


It is important for the authorities that they never made an error or mistake. It is important that errors become truths than that truth will prevail .. The authorities will have to write the truth, and Joseph Goebbels principle that "if a lie is mentioned or recorded enough times it becomes a truth" will prevail .. The authorities are never wrong. It is recorded in documents that are not questioned and made by people with status and power, as psychologists, doctors, lecturers and counselors in Forensic psychiatry which is under the State Bureau of Forensic Medicine.


That I am adoptee has meant a lot because white teachers, white staff, and so on always had grabbed me in trouble and not the white students. Psychiatric staff have posted shit about me and not mention the white students in their medical records. Have they mentioned it's like the poor victim even though they were the perpetrators in many cases ..! The court has heard all those involved in the case, but psychiatry only read their own medical records and garnering no court documents where everyone's versions are available with regard to forensic psychiatric investigation documents that may be all the conflicts that are publicized through a person's life.


The lawyer will protect you in the criminal case, but you have no protection and no lawyer when doing a forensic investigation (RPU)! There is no protection against the investigators write shit .. And you can not question or examine an RPU before it is submitted and used in court! When you question the information that is inaccurate, it is often in court when it is too late and they are already used as the basis of the case!


I (Victor Nygren / Fernando Dasilvia) and my twin sister Victoria Nygren / Deborah Dasilvia) has been exposed, stamped, received restrictive means, not treated like any other Swedes since we left home, did not learn Portuguese and we have had to endure a lot of crap.

We live in Umeå Municipality. My Brazilian name is Fernando Dasilvia and my sister Deborah Dasilvia.

I have lots of important medical records and corrections of errors that I would like you at the embassy noted. So you can see how two people adopted from your country (and who really should never have been adopted from there) has been treated and is still being treated in Sweden!

It is not of ordinary Swede who is the villain, but it is the authorities and particularly psychiatry, recording what they receive from various sources, and without thinking that what is recorded is interpreted as fact by other psychiatric units and authorities .. Child psychiatric ward should not have recorded anything without checking if it was true .. If a school counselor said something then it should be recorded on a standard A4 sheet and not in an act that will not be challenged later by others. When I was suspected of a crime, they should noted "Nygren is suspected of" and not "Nygren has committed this crime against a person."


If they recorded in their medical record, they should have written that the facts are not controlled, and possibly not true.


Preliminary investigation proves that all those involved in the case had a different version as to how things came about. Child Psychiatry journal data is allowed to be the correct facts of Forensic psychiatry in Huddinge and they do not check up on the old judges and preliminary investigations which had given an accurate picture unlike Child Psych Record.


Forensic psychiatry in Huddinge use everything against you. A thousand times worse than the child psychiatric ward did unconsciously. Child psychiatric ward had at least aim to help me and my family, while Forensic psychiatry had the only goal to get me institutionalized and sentenced to inpatient care, and to this end, all funds, including an extremely biased investigation. I will emerge as the big villain, the seriously mentally ill who exposed others to horrors! I will also be the one who messed up for myself when others put me through things and I will be the one that always been the cause of all, no one else has done anything wrong. And has anyone made a mistake, it's because of my sympathies with the Sweden Democrats as a 17 year old my own fault and I have myself to blame, or it's my fault for psychiatric staff believe that it was me who started Flashback.org or Flashback.org wire ..

"Här kommer allt angående de felaktigheter som finns i Barnpsykiatrins journal, inklusive neuropsykiatrisk utredning och läkarintyg. Berör perioden 2000-2001 samt perioden 2004-2008.

Konsekvenser av dessa handlingar så sent som 2012-2013 tas upp.

Vill med detta mejl dela med mig av informationen så att Brasiliens ambassad får kännedom om hur svensk barnpsykiatri har felbehandlat mig medvetet och rasistiskt. 

De utgick alltid från att jag var skurken och att alla andra vita elever var oskyldiga änglar och offer.

Min tvillingsyster har en liknande journal.. Så det har riktats mot bägge och vi var de enda adopterade på skolan. De enda mörkhyade!

Adopterade personer är enkla offer då vi är så utelämnade till den vita majoriteten. Invandrare har sin släkt och bor tillsammans med andra invandrare.

Adopterade har en vit släkt som inte förstår dem när de trakasseras på grund av sitt utseende eller ursprung.. Och som ni ser så tar barnpsykiatrin och andra alltid parti för majoriteten mot den som är ensam.

Adopterade är alltid ensamma i helvita områden där de tjafsar med ett större antal inhemska.

Att barnpsykiatrin skulle ta parti för de mörka istället för sina egna medmänniskor/svenskar finns inte på kartan. Adopterade är svenskar tills de hamnar i trubbel med en svensk..

Då måste de utan undantag ha något medfött fel.. Vita svenskar däremot har ju aldrig fel i dessa situationer. 

Rasismen gör det outhärdligt för utsatta adopterade i Sverige!

Adopterade må ha medborgarskapet men det har urvattnats i Sverige. För att anses som en fullvärdig och äkta svensk medborgare så måste man vara född i Sverige!

Invandrare och adopterade är födda utomlands och bedöms inte som lika mycket svenskar som inhemska svenskar när de hamnar i trångmål, på arbetsmarknaden, i domstol, inom psykiatrin eller i skolan.

Det förs en statistik och där bedöms adopterade som "andra generationens invandrare".

Faktum är att en invandrare med två utländska föräldrar och som växer upp med utländsk kultur i Sverige anses av Sverige som mer svensk än en adopterad som hämtas till Sverige av två vita föräldrar och som växer upp till att bli likadan som andra svenskar.

Varför?

Jo, eftersom at den adopterade är inte född i Sverige.

Tidigare så var tanken med ett medborgarskap att den som blivit assimilerad eller "försvenskad" skulle få det som belöning och som ett bevis på att denne nu är en svensk.

Tanken med adoption är ju och var att adoptivbarnet skall erhålla medborgarskapet i och med adoptionen och tillerkännas lika rättigheter, möjligheter och skyldigheter som en etnisk svensk.

Problemet har blivit att på senare år så delas medborgarskapet ut till icke assimilerade utlänningar i mångkulturens namn. Detta orsakar att många etniskt vita svenskar anser att "bara för att man har medborgarskapet så är man inte svensk". De börjar istället luta sig emot vart man är född någonstans då de inte längre kan se alla med medborgarskap som svenskar!
Vi adopterade sågs som fullvärdiga svenskar när medborgarskapet i gemene mans ögon var ett bevis för svenskhet.

Men i ett samhälle där muslimer och andra erhåller medborgarskap utan att lära sig det svenska språket, utan att assimilera sig till den svenska kulturen och utan att "bli svenska".. Ja, då ifrågasätts deras svenskhet.

Vi adopterade ifrågasätts på samma vis då vi liksom invandrarna är födda utomlands. Detta oavsett att vi faktiskt assimilerats in i den svenska kulturen till följd av en uppväxt hos vita föräldrar.

I praktiken ses vi på som svenskar av vanligt folk, och vi är mer svenska till sättet än en invandrare som fötts i landet.

Men i statistiken och i myndigheters ögon så är invandraren som fötts här mer svensk än den adopterade som fötts i utlandet. Och myndigheter och psykiatri betraktar som sagt oss som invandrare och inte som svenskar vid negativa sammanhang.

Gäller det invandrares förmåner i samhället så betraktar de dock oss som svenskar. Vi får inte ta del av invandrarnas fördelar så som hemspråksundervisning, betald återresa till födelselandet osv. Enligt lagen gäller rätten att få hemspråksundervisning i sitt födelselands språk även oss adopterade.

Men kommunerna struntar i att följa lagen.

Man vill helt enkelt isolera de som adopterats till Sverige från deras födelseländer. De skall inte kunna återvända och göra sig förstådda där! Det finns en syn på den adopterade som invandrare, men samtidigt så resonerar myndigheter att man inte skall ha med födelselandet att göra något mer eftersom att man blivit adopterad.

Det de menar är då att du är inte en lika svensk person som en vit svensk, eller en infödd invandrare.. Men du har adopterats hit och därför anser vi att man kan jämställa det med om dina adoptivföräldrar fött dig. Sverige är alltså vårt hemland, och de lotsas på allvar som om man aldrig föddes i ett annat land när det gäller våra rättigheter som invandrare att lära oss födelselandets språk osv i skolan.

Kommer det till andra situationer där det är negativt att "inte vara född i Sverige" så påpekas det friskt att man är från utlandet.

Dubbelmoralens högborg Sverige!!!!

Tjänar du på att vara född i utlandet som adopterad i något ärende?

I så fall anser myndigheterna att man adopterats av svenska föräldrar och skall betraktas som om man fötts av dem i Sverige. Därmed skall inte rättigheterna gälla den adopterade eftersom man betraktas som om man är född av sina adoptivföräldrar i Sverige och inte av de biologiska i födelselandet.

Tjänar du på att vara född i Sverige i något ärende?

I så fall anser myndigheterna att du är född utomlands och att de rättigheterna som följer på att vara född i Sverige inte gäller dig.

Exempel är:

En invandrare har rätt till hemspråksundervisning i skolan då man anser att han eller hon har behovet av att kunna återvända till sitt gamla hemland i framtiden och kunna göra sig förstådd där.

En adopterad har samma rättighet enligt lagboken, men man följer inte det eftersom man inte anser att den adopterade har ett behov av att resa till sitt födelseland i framtiden och där kunna göra sig förstådd. Man anser tvärtom att den adopterade skall vara tacksam som adopterats till Sverige samt skall stanna i Sverige och aldrig tänka tanken på att flytta tillbaka dit han kom ifrån. Man förhindrar ett sådant agerande genom att förneka den adopterade språkundervisning i t.ex. portugisiska (i mitt fall) i skolan. Jag har ju inget behov av att lämna det underbara Sverige... (Som psykiskt sjuk stämplar mig så fort jag svarar på rasism och mobbing då man alltid vinklar alla händelser till vita svenskars fördel mot den adopterade).

Exempel på motsatt förhållande:

En svensk har fördelen av att rättsväsendet, polisen, psykiatrin och andra lägger ner anmälningar, kollar mellan fingrarna och lyssnar mer på denne ifall ett läge där brott har begåtts uppstår. Om en svensk bråkar med en invandrare så tror man mer på svensken (i vita finare områden) än på invandraren.

Här borde naturligtvis den adopterade ses på som en fullvärdig svensk och det bör naturligtvis bli så att domstol, psykiatri, rättsväsende samt skolpersonal ser ett bråk mellan en inhemsk vit svensk och en utlandsfödd adopterad svensk som ett bråk mellan två svenskar. Den adopterade bör åtnjuta samma behandling och bedömning som en vit svensk.

Myndigheter och psykiatri bör se det hela som ett bråk mellan två svenskar!

Men gör de detta? Svar nej.

De ser på den adopterade som en mörkhyad invandrare i relation till en vit inhemsk svensk. Den adopterade blir alltså INVANDRARE/UTLÄNNING i myndigheternas/psykiatrins/skolans och rättens ögon.

Alla fördelar av att "vara svensk" försvinner för den adopterade eftersom han eller hon inte anses "lika mycket svensk" som den vita eleven/ungdomen/vuxne.

Naturligtvis tar vit vuxen personal på skolan, vit psykiatripersonal, vita poliser, vita åklagare och vita domare ställning för de vita mot den mörkhyade i detta läge. Den adopterade får alla mot sig!

Det är detta jag menar är problemet som adopterad i Sverige! De styrande i kommunerna har en dubbelmoral när det kommer till om vi är svenskar eller inte som heter duga! Det finns ingen jämställdhet mellan adopterade och svenskar i skolan när konflikt uppstår, mellan adopterade och svenskar trovärdighetsmässigt hos psykiatrin, domstolen, polisen med mera.

Vi blir behandlade som andra eller tredje klassens medborgare vid problemsituationer.

Det är ett helvete att växa upp som adopterad i Sverige där vita anses mer svenska än oss som är adopterade från utomeuropeiska länder..

(Svenskar med vit hy har mer fördelar, rättigheter och möjligheter. Och betraktas av andra vita som mer svenska. Ju mer svensk desto mer blir du lyssnad på och ju mer rättigheter har man. En vit domare skulle så klart tro mer på en vit unge än en mörk.

Det är medvetet att de nekar oss rätten till vårt födelselands språk. Vi kan då omöjligt fly Sverige till t.ex. Brasilien utan att bli analfabeter där.

Det finns hög självmordsstatistik bland oss adopterade.

Detta skyller svensk psykiatri på födelselandet att man fått problem innan man adopterats bort. I mitt och min systers fall så var vi tre månader gamla bebisar.. Deras skit håller inte. Det handlar garanterat om hur de behandlas och bemöts av svenskar och svenska myndigheter och tjänstemän i landet Sverige!

Som adopterad om man begår självmord utan att ha fått diagnos efter extrem mobbning som beror på ens annorlunda hudfärg, så heter det att man hade problem utifrån teorier om att man fått "störningar i hjärnan" till följd av adoptionen. Att det faktum att man blev bortlämnad orsakat allt som hänt efteråt. Man vägrar se eller erkänna den mobbing och rasism som möter adopterade ibland varje skoldag.

Om psykiatrin hunnit ställa en diagnos i stil med psykisk störning/sjukdom så skyller man självmordet på diagnosen eller sjukdomen istället.

Det kan aldrig vara psykiatrin själva som är orsaken med sitt beteende att ställa diagnoser som inte stämmer på adopterade barn och ungdomar som blir utsatta för mobbning och rasism.. Just för att stryka över att de blir utsatta för mobbning och rasism.

Sverige har ett varumärke som ett jämställt och icke rasistiskt land.

Detta får under inga omständigheter skadas! Bättre ha en fin fasad utåt än en dålig verklighet synlig för omvärlden.
Det talas mycket om tolerans, jämställdhet, antirasism och annat fint. Detta är mest propaganda till folket och inför omvärlden.

När det gäller tolerans så pekar man på Homo-Bi-Trans- och Queer-personer, men struntar i handikappade av olika slag.
Genom att man har sina favoritgrisar så ser det ut som om landet Sverige står för jämställdhet (titta hur vi skriker om kvinnornas rättigheter att bli jämställda med männen, att vi inte nämner männens rätt att bli jämställda inom andra områden hoppas vi att ni missar), tolerans (titta, vi kämpar för HBTQ!!! Vad toleranta vi är!! Att vi sen är intoleranta mot bland annat handikappade hoppas vi att ni inte märker..), och antirasism (titta vad vi demonstrerar för invandrare och andra, att vi sen är rent rasistiska mot adopterade som hamnar snett eller blir utsatta är inget vi vill se, och vi hoppas att ni andra inte ser det heller)...

Skådespel för gallerierna..:!!!

Sverige har ett fint varumärke som kan kallas för en fasad, och de är beredda att stryka över rasism och skylla på psykiska sjukdomar hos de drabbade för att försvara denna fasad, detta varumärke!

Jag personligen har tagit på mig att ge er den riktiga bilden av svensk psykiatri då jag vill visa hur psykiskt misshandlade och utsatta vi som adopterats hit under förevändningen att "få bättre liv" faktiskt blir!!

Jag hade hellre vuxit upp i Brasilien eller adopterats till något annat land än Sverige.. Jag håller dock Sverige ansvariga (samt adoptivföräldrarna) till att jag hamnade här. Brasilien kan betraktas som grundlurat då det aldrig var adoptivbarnens bästa man ville, utan adoptivföräldrarnas behov var vad man sökte tillfredsställa.

Adopterade är inte så mycket mer än handelsvaror även om de inte betalade pengar för att få oss hit.
Vissa går det bra för och dessa lever säkert bra liv som svenskar. Men hamnar man i en rasistskola/rasistkommun så då går det som för mig och min syster.. Likt det gått för många andra adopterade!

Då svenska myndigheter inte tar parti för oss (andra generationens invandrare!!!) när motparten är medlemmar ur deras egna vita flock."

Know that I do agree with you.

I am myself a 32-year-old man, adopted to Sweden from Brazil by white Swedish parents - back in 1990.

Unlike your brother I lived a perfectly normal middle-class Swedish life and had normal friends, studied in a normal class etc - but in grade 9 back in 2005-2006 I got labeled with "Autistic Features" and another diagnose which has now been removed (it got removed in 2012, "Marginal Mental Retardation") after conflicts in school started by a white boy - of course I got all the blame after retaliating and after that the child-psychiatry started to investigate and label me and my sister - my sister wasn't involved in the same incident but she was bullied in the same school and also exploded on her bullies which of course caused the teachers to blame her for being the violent one - and she got labeled by the child-psychiatry with the exact same labels as me - the white Swedes may start the conflicts, call us names, provoke, spread rumors on social media and even sometimes start fights - but it's always the adopted kid who gets the blame and the label because we have a hot temperament and the person exploding is the one solely blamed for everything - not the person provoking the explosion.

It's like they blame the bomb and not the person who ignited it.

If someone didn't ignite the bomb it would't have exploded...

I also do share his experiences with a guardian/conservator/förvaltare as I had one myself forced on me between 2009-2020 - and yeah - the label from 2006 caused a lot of problems between 2009-2013 because I was treated like a retard and like an autist - the authorities didn't know me and they did only read up on the labels that I had been labeled with as a teen - so they do treat everybody with a certain diagnose very similar and they'll ignore individual differences in background and history. In essence it doesn't matter if you had a normal childhood or if you were a special-needs-kid - at the end of the day anyone with an autistic diagnose will be treated the same no matter their history - you were different as kids but after the label you're the same is their reasoning - so in essence I'm equal to people with special needs because of my label being the same as theirs - the fact that I had a normal childhood unlike them doesn't matter because nobody knows about it except your family, the school and your classmates from back then - and the psychiatry won't go around asking them for information - they'll just treat anybody with a certain label equally ignoring certain differences in each individuals history. I myself took it as a severe insult to be treated like one of those special-needs kids when I never had special needs and went to a normal class in school. But all of a sudden I had special needs as a 19-year-old adult back in 2009 because the child-psychiatry had labeled me with "Autistic Features" and "Marginal Mental Retardation" in 2006 when I were 16-years-old - after said conflict started by a white guy but where I retaliated and got all the blame..

I have personal experience of the "Forensic Psychiatry" in Sweden and they've written similar stuff about me in their documents as they did to your brother.

It's violent behavior that they view as illness.. Even though they'll turn a blind eye when white Swedes do the same thing! But if you're black and a migrant, or adopted and look like a black migrant - they'll never turn a blind eye to your violence! They don't care if you have white Swedish parents or not.. It didn't protect me, it didn't protect my twin-sister - it didn't protect the countless other adopted kids labeled after conflicts in school - because they've gotten the same treatment black children would get because the white Swedes inside the system think themselves superior to children of color and especially black children. These people label us the first opportunity they'd get but never their own white kids for the same behavior.

Sweden lies a lot and says that "race do not matter" - but race is the only difference between an adopted kid and a white Swedish kid - we share their culture, their upbringing, their language, their values - we do not share their skin-color or their temperament - so it's the temperament causing them to label us mentally ill - and it's the skin-color causing them to bully us in school and to look down on us as inferior.

As such their bullshit about skin-color not mattering is crap because it's literally all that matters when they hand out the blame and after that the autistic labels!

Your brother is facing the same bullshit from the Forensic Psychiatry in 2022 that I faced in 2012.. And I'm adopted from Brazil while he is a migrant from Africa.

What do I share with him? Hot temperament? Yes Skin Color? Yes The same label? Yes.

It would seem the fact I have white parents and is adopted didn't matter.

All that mattered was my temperament and my skin-color.

Edit: This sister is fighting for her brother, and their mother is also fighting - while my adoptive mother told me she didn't even read my blog - that shows the difference between a biological caring family and a traitor who calls herself my mother.

Åklagaren pratade om att pedofilerna nekas rätten till en rättslig prövning, en advokat och till att bli friade...

På det vill jag jämföra när en pojke blir falskt anklagad för sexuellt ofredande av systerns mobbare, en vit flicka, sedan lägger polisen ner utredningen i brist på bevis - men socialen rapporterade att pojken var skyldig utan att invänta polisens beslut, således hamnar 'skyldig' i barnpsykiatrins handlingar/journal - flera år senare utreds en ung man för helt andra saker av psykvården och bland annat att han gjort sig 'skyldig' till sexuellt ofredande nämns i rättspsyks utredning vilken hänvisar till uppgifterna från tidigare journal som ursprungligen kom från socialen..

Så det finns ingen DOM, ärendet lades ner i brist på bevis, ingen blev åtalad och det blev ingen prövning i rätten eftersom att polisen inte ansåg att det fanns bevis vilket behövdes för att kunna vinna ärendet i domstol - men socialen rapporterade 'skyldig' till BUP och därmed tror rättspsyk sju år senare att personen var skyldig...

Vart fanns den pojkens rätt till advokat, domstolsförhandling eller till att bli friad?

Att polisen lägger ner ärendet tyder på att han ej ansågs skyldig. Men socialen och barnpsykiatrin tog sig då rätten att anteckna skyldig i journalhandlingar som betraktas som fakta av rättspsyk längre fram - sedan om det nämns i en rättspsyks utredning så tror domstolen på utredningen trots att det aldrig var uppe i domstol eller prövades...

Således dömer socialen och barnpsykiatrin pojken för brott han inte begått genom att anteckna skyldig i deras handlingar samtidigt som man ignorerade nedläggningsbeslutet..

Aktivister inom socialen och psykiatrin nekade därmed pojken rätten till att bli oskyldigförklarad.

De tog ställning för flickan som ljög istället för att vara neutrala och lämna ärendet till polis och domstol..

Den pojken hade inte heller rätt till en rättvis prövning enligt Europa Konventionen - och ja det var jag själv.

Aktivister som alltid ser anklagade pojkar/män som skyldiga använder fula knep för att straffa pojkarna/männen även om de blir friade eller när ärendet läggs ner.

Jag kommer aldrig att tycka synd om en pedofil som nekas dessa rättigheter före alla oskyldiga pojkar och män.

Preskription gäller 2 år efter att de skrivit någonting, inte två år efter att du läst det - således skriver de någonting år 2006, redovisar ingenting för dig så du vet ej vad de skrivit - sedan år 2012 använder rättspsyk uppgifterna mot dig som "fakta" och de är då för gamla att bestrida då mer än två år passerat sedan de skrevs ner - du är då maktlös trots dina domstolshandlingar som säger emot en del av uppgifterna - dessa ville rättspsyk inte kolla på av principskäl - av princip är nämligen gamla journaler aldrig missvisande eller felaktiga..

Jag - Victor Fernando Nygren, en adopterad man på 32 år, adopterad tillsammans med min tvillingsyster år 1990 till Sverige från Brasilien när vi bägge var 2 ½ månader gamla - av ett svenskt par bosatta i Umeå - läser i denna tråd högt från Flashback Forum i ämnen adoption och adoptioner där jag ger min syn, mina erarenheter och förklarar hur en adopterad individ generellt ser på det som skrivs om i trådarna.

Jag valde ut samtliga intressanta trådar kring ämnet, och hade planerat att gå igenom alla - men i slutänden blev filmen över fyra timmar och jag hade pratat så mycket att jag behövde avsluta för idag. Detta innebär att endast de intressanta inläggen i ämnet från 2008-2011 finns med. Det finns fler delar på sajten mellan 2011 och 2022 som kommer att gås igenom i framtida filmer.

Denna film görs då jag vill att vi adopterade ska bli hörda, sedda och förstådda - vi är en unik grupp i Sverige - vi är inte svenskar, och vi är inte invandrare - vi är adopterade.

Adopted children preyed upon by the Swedish Psychiatry/ Crianças adotadas vítimas da psiquiatria sueca!

 

Hello Sister, I did answer your post a week ago but I didn't spellcheck until today. It's a long message that I wrote as an answer to you last week:

As an adopted person I don't have kids, I don't have relatives, I don't have a wife and my so-called adoptive-parents betrayed our trust when we were teens by running to the psychiatry and talking shit.

What I'm saying is that I were completely normal like every other Swede during my upbringing - the only two areas where I were different were my skin-color and my temperament - of course both of these caused me to be bullied in the lower grades, and during 9th class. 

Our adoptive parents could have stayed the hell away from the Swedish psychiatry but didn't because they were looking for answers to their sick thoughts about the possibility we might be mentally ill due to the many fights we got involved in with the natives in school..

In any case, what you need to understand is that Sweden always like to place all the blame on the non-white individual. The other thing is that adopted kids are always seen as "potentially mentally ill" by the Swedes. 

Sweden is the country adopting the most adopted children based on population size - 60 000 - which is a lot for a country of only 10 million since 1969. 

They view adoptions as some kind of import of children. We're wares for them to use and abuse. It's done for the parents because the parents can't get children of their own - it's not done for the adopted children like they'd lie it is. 

If an adopted kid is older than one year then they have the mindset that events during the first year in Brazil have caused "mind-damage" which is the only reason for any shit that will happen in Sweden - in other words if you're older than one year at the time of the adoption and you're ever depressed, bullied or what-not then it's you who are the problem because events during your first year in Brazil caused damage to your brain which means your mentally ill. There are many articles with info like this placing the blame on the first year over in Brazil. So they're importing adopted children for the benefit of the adoptive parents and whenever things go south the kid is mentally ill and will be stripped of his or her rights. 

For me and Deborah we were seen as normal at the time of the adoption, we weren't ill, we were only 2½ months old - we're not the right group older than one year.. But still - whenever we got bullied, depressed or whatever - we're mentally ill according to the Swedish psychiatry who quickly labelled us and wrote biased journals placing all the blame on us and leaving out anything others did to us..!! And our stupid parents went right into their trap by trusting in the racist-psychiatry to give us a fair evaluation - they obviously took the opportunity to gain themselves new patients at the cost of our future and freedom. Adoption is a crime against our human rights. It's good only as long as they do not question our mental health which Swedes do all the time because it's become their norm to always view adopted children as "potentially mentally ill".

So in Sweden.. If you're adopted and anything negative happens in school or at home.. You're mentally ill and the white Swedes haven't done shit to you. Even if they've bullied you in grades 1-4 and then caused even more trouble later. And I'm not blaming every white Swede - only the like 7 people bullying me and Deborah or treating us poorly. But that's enough for the psychiatry to come in and place the blame on us. 

The events would be: - We're bullied and mistreated, the teachers would always place the blame on us, after a few years they'd advice the adoptive parents to activate us with the child-psychiatry, the parents wouldn't want to report their own kids but did say yes to the school doing it - trusting the school personnel that their own adopted kids must be the cause of the trouble if the school says so, or alternatively they wanted to help us and got tricked into believing that the child-psychiatry would help us - when in reality the child-psychiatry would lie, be biased against us and write a biased journal where we'd end up the bad guys while no-one else did anything to us according to their biased documents. They do twist the truth so that the adopted kids end up the only ones at fault - and this is why you don't want to be an adopted child in the middle of enemy territory, because the psychiatry is your enemy and will literally take the side of everyone else - be it your adoptive parents or your bullies in school - it's always the other side, and you're labelled mentally disturbed after they'd twist their documents and the truth against you for years. Of course their documents will be facts later for every institution in the country and you cannot get them corrected or fixed.

In the 9th grade they even said I had committed crimes against people based on allegations from other female students that were bullying my sister in school, and this text wasn't changed even after the police canceled the investigation based on lack of proof. So the psychiatry is totally not fair, totally not just and they're totally an enemy to the adopted teenager or child. And especially as young adults they're totally hostile painting us to be mentally ill for almost anything. Me and Deborah got a legal guardian/conservator the first thing that happened after moving out of our adoptive parents home back in 2009 - and when I tried to protest this between 2009-2012 I got locked up into an institution for over a year starting during the summer of 2012. The evaluation that got me placed there for 1½ years brought up everything they've ever written in their journals about me - so the journals from childhood and adulthood came back to bite me in the ass - and they were extremely biased against me. Somehow what others had done to me had been left out by the people writing the journal, what I had done to others had been included but exaggerated - in the examination they'd even made this worse by leaving out things from the journal that were to my benefit. Point of the matter is the psychiatry is an enemy of the adopted child.

And they'd also punish the adopted children as soon as the adoptive parents do contact them for anything. If you displease your adoptive parents in any way then you don't deserve a good future, a good life, to be normal and so on - it's for them the adoption happened and not for you like they lied about at the time of the adoption.

In reality the adoptive parents have paid 200 000 Swedish crowns to get you to Sweden as their kid. You've gotten a Swedish childhood with all the luxury of Swedish toys, safety, welfare etc - and now you owe it to your parents to behave, be a good child and never feel depressed, never become bullied, never act out aggressively in school or elsewhere - or we'd strip you of your rights as punishment and are going to label you mentally ill for life.

And besides this the Swedes did steal your language, culture, relatives, people and your birth-country from you - thinking that now you'd get a Swedish family, Swedish relatives, the Swedish language and culture instead.. And that Sweden as a country would be better than Brazil despite everyone in the system being biased against you whenever a conflict happens.

As soon as the mental label has been placed you'd see your friends leave, your relatives such as cousins stop having contact with you because they're afraid to be negatively affected by your issues because they'd see that you have problems in your life and they don't want problems themselves - so they'd leave - in the end you only have your adoptive parents who betrayed you by visiting and calling the psychiatry to begin with. Questioning our mental health is the same as betraying us - it's like asking for all our rights and our future to be ruined or taken away.

And as a result you end up a loner in Sweden and will not have any wife, any kids etc. My conservator even caused me to not be allowed to own animals/pets. So no wife, no kids and no pets - and I'm pretty sure if I became a Father they wouldn't allow me to take that responsibility.

One thing you need to know about Sweden as well is that they can write any lie in their psychiatric journals - it will be trusted by the institutions. And without relatives and a family no-one is going to question them. Our adoptive parents were too cowardly to question anything. But the psychiatry can't just write bullshit about us as long as they are alive. Our adoptive-mother is still alive. But imagine when she is dead.. The doctor could write that I can't communicate at all and the institutions would trust in that text - medical documents they'd call those papers - they'd not listen to the adopted individual at all. And without the parents or other relatives no-one will act and come to the rescue. 

We're easy victims for the psychiatry after being taken from the other side of the planet and placed here. Unlike you I'm isolated. Deborah is isolated.. No-one will defend us here and we can't defend ourselves against the lying psychiatric doctors - because nobody will listen to us over them.

As such being adopted to Sweden is hell as soon as the psychiatry gets involved. And the Swedes have put that into system to always involve the psychiatry when it comes to adopted children. We're overrepresented in the Swedish psychiatry. The Swedes blame mental illness due to the adoption itself, or due to events in the country of birth prior to the adoption - it's never events in Sweden that causes us to be depressed or aggressive - mental illness is never Sweden's fault according to the Swedish so-called experts..

In reality we're treated like imported wares or animals - and if anything negative ever happens we're a broken ware or a damaged animal - we're stripped of our rights and we're treated like trash. The psychiatry is the institution used to strip us of our rights and our status. And they've done this to many adopted kids, teenagers and young adults. But the psychiatry is working under secrecy so their documents are not public. All I can say is that there are horrendous crimes committed against adopted children by the psychiatry here in Sweden!

We're not humans.. We're wares our adoptive parents have bought - and if the parents are unhappy we're broken/mentally ill. Sweden thinks we are all potentially mentally ill. And even people in the government have asked for more psychiatrists and such because they'd want adopted children to get the "care that they need" or to prevent "mental illness in adopted children" alternatively to "reduce the suffering caused my mental illness" - they don't get it at all.. 

They do not understand that we're not more likely to become mentally ill than anyone else.. The reason we are heavily overrepresentated is because of the fact that the Swedish psychiatry is preying on adopted children - they've been constantly blaming adopted children for everything bad that ever happens in our lives in their documents. You don't fall ill in mental illness - you're labeled mentally ill by racist individuals inside the psychiatry..

Racism inside of the institution - racist doctors and psychiatrists who wants us to be put down in society. A Swede can have beaten you up and it's not even mentioned.. Even if there is a court case.. Or they'd blame it on you somehow because you did provoke the attack somehow. The psychiatry only ever writes down things that are bad for the adopted kid/teen or young adult - never what's good. They'd never mention what some of the white Swedish kids/teens did to us.. Always what we did to the white Swedes - and they'd always try to make it look like we had a problem with the entire community when in reality we had about seven enemies in school - maybe 40 in the city in total due to the social media. If we hit back it's painted differently.. They won't mention that we got hit first and they'd paint us as the aggressors. 

My point is that adopted children aren't more likely to "fall ill in mental illness" - we're more likely to be "scapegoated by the racist-psychiatry in Sweden".

And adoptive parents are just naive idiots who believe things that they'd read such as what I just mentioned about adopted kids being more likely to be mentally ill. This will cause adoptive parents to look for signs in adopted children that they aren't normal. It will cause them to be suspicious. We're treated as "potentially mentally ill" by our own adoptive parents. It's like they adopt children and then constantly look for signs that we aren't normal.

When an adoption happens there are two types of children that can be adopted. It's either handicapped kids that would be available immediately because they're not wanted by anyone so that's why they have no queue before the parents can adopt these kids. If they adopt one of these they are often older than one year and have a handicap.

The other type of adopted child that can be adopted is the very young baby with a long queue - they are also not sick like the other kids and do not have any handicap at the time of the adoption.

So when adoptive parents do adopt they usually want "normal children" and not "handicapped children" - our christian adoptive parents wanted normal kids and did pay 200 000 Swedish crowns for us, plus they'd also waited in a long queue- but even though all the papers stated me and my sister where 100% normal and not sick, this would not be enough - because there is a paranoia inside the head of the adoptive parent that her worst nightmare - that the kid isn't normal - may still be true.. Why? Because our temperament is different than that of Swedes. So in school when we get angry and such it's seen as different - despite it being normal for a Brazilian kid.. 

You know - Swedes believe everyone is human and there aren't racial differences.. At least that's the politically correct belief - while in reality there are racial differences like temperament being different and skin-color. Instead of seeing my temperament as a racial difference they'd see it as a mental illness. And then they'd want the psychiatry to check on us to confirm that we aren't mentally ill or that we are - often the adoptive parents are the driving force behind any evaluation - because they'd feel a need to get answers - and they'd believe in their doctors like the doctors are never wrong and would never lie. 

So we're treated like animals, and the psychiatry is the animal-handlers - our pet-owners (the adoptive parents) take us (the pets) to the animal-handlers (the psychiatry) to have us checked - and of course the animal-handlers (the psychiatry) will confirm that we have issues because they're against us and want to limit us and our rights. 

The pet owners (adoptive parents) end up getting their pets (adopted children) labeled for life as mentally ill. Then of course they'd also want the animal handlers (psychiatry) to help them in handling their pets (adopted children).

So yes, adoptions are a crime against the adopted children because they'd question our mental health at every turn and never see things from our point of view. It's impossible to win when you have the psychiatric institution ready to paint you as the scapegoat and as mentally ill for anything - a conflict in school between you and other kids, or a conflict in the home between you and your adoptive parents - it's all painted as your fault by the racist-psychiatry - and they'd have zero will to be objective, they'd only want to blame it all on the adopted kid.

And I'm supposed to be thankful for all of this? Then they'd hand out conservatorships and still say I should be thankful.

The truth is they're the enemy. And unlike you we're kidnapped legally to Sweden at a young age and then later victimized by them. You are living in Brazil with your relatives, I'm living in Sweden without relatives - soon me and Deborah will be alone and they can do whatever they want to us.. But I'll self destruct before they can lock me up for life based on some lies in a medical document. I'll just try to damage them as much as possible first. 

The suicide rate among adopted individuals are the highest among any group in the country. But it's an ignored tragedy. Because the truth is that no-one wants to take responsibility and we have no value as human beings - we're wares and broken wares are not worth shit in Sweden - they'd probably celebrate it if I committed suicide. The psychiatry is driving adopted individuals into suicide. I'll just promise to try and damage them as much as possible before I go. If I ever commit suicide I'll try to die a martyr for the other adopted victims of the Swedish psychiatry. They're the cause behind the suicides. And Swedish authorities are blind to this fact because they'd trust in the system too much. A system which has made it the norm to label adopted individuals as mentally ill whenever we're bullied or depressed - and we're often bullied and depressed in school.

It's also about the money. Adoption Agencies are earning a lot of money on adoptions - it's an industry. The government has a stake in this as well. They don't want the truth out there because it may cause other countries to not allow adoptions to Sweden. It would also ruin their reputation as an anti-racist country.

The fact is that it's often as teens or young adults that we are labeled mentally ill - while we do enjoy a great early childhood. This is because as teens we evolve differently from Swedes and as such are often treated as different and labeled. As young adults we're often treated as mentally ill based on the documents created when we were children and/or teens - it's often as young adults that we are becoming losers of society. 

An adopted child is in the middle-class or upper-class during his or her early childhood because the parents aren't broke - adoptions are quite costly as I wrote. 

However, as adults we're often moved down to beneath the migrants due thanks to all the mental labels. We might still own more stuff than they do at first. But we're cheated out of a career, cheated out of a family, cheated out of a normal life as adults - and treated like a mental patient by the society due thanks to the racist-psychiatry who spent time when we were growing up painting us as mentally ill for every bad thing that ever happened in our childhood and later.

You don't want to be adopted to Sweden when you're going to be bullied in school, then get painted mentally ill by the psychiatry - after your own adoptive parents questioned your mental health and went to the psychiatry - and then later your future is ruined.

No family, no wife, no kids and no pets.

Adoptions are not for the benefit of the adopted children.

They're for the benefit of the white Swedish parents who can't get children of their own. If we displease them in any way.. We're punished with mental labels. Or even if we're fighting Swedes in school - same result. It doesn't matter if the Swedes started it.. We're also placed among Swedes so there are only us and white Swedes in the neighborhood - no immigrants or other foreign-born. 

We're placed right in the middle of white society and bullied as the black duck among the yellow ones. Then we'd get to take all the responsibility for anything bad that happens while the white kids are ignored by the adults in the school and by the psychiatry. 

At the end of the day all your friends and bullies from your upbringing will have normal lives as adults - despite the fact that many of them were no better than you or sometimes even worse - but you will not get that life because unlike them you were made the scapegoat for everything bad that happened in school.

Fucking Sweden.. They're racist as fuck.. Especially the psychiatry. Thanks.

Não sei por que você teve problemas com a psiquiatria no Brasil - mas o fato é que você tem família, filhos, pais e parentes.

Como adotivo, não tenho filhos, não tenho parentes, não tenho esposa e meus chamados pais adotivos traíram nossa confiança quando éramos adolescentes, correndo para a psiquiatria e falando merda.

O que estou dizendo é que fui completamente normal como qualquer outro sueco durante minha educação - as únicas duas áreas em que eu era diferente eram minha cor de pele e meu temperamento - é claro que ambos me fizeram sofrer bullying nas séries iniciais , e durante a 9ª aula.

Nossos pais adotivos poderiam ter ficado bem longe da psiquiatria sueca, mas não o fizeram porque estavam procurando respostas para seus pensamentos doentios sobre a possibilidade de sermos doentes mentais devido às muitas brigas que nos envolvemos com os nativos na escola. .

Em qualquer caso, o que você precisa entender é que a Suécia sempre gosta de colocar toda a culpa no indivíduo não branco. A outra coisa é que crianças adotadas são sempre vistas como "potencialmente doentes mentais" pelos suecos.

A Suécia é o país que adota as crianças mais adotadas com base no tamanho da população - 60.000 - o que é muito para um país de apenas 10 milhões desde 1969.

Existem muitos artigos com informações como essa colocando a culpa no primeiro ano no Brasil. Então, eles estão importando crianças adotadas para o benefício dos pais adotivos e sempre que as coisas vão mal, a criança está mentalmente doente e terá seus direitos privados.

Para mim e Deborah éramos vistos como normais no momento da adoção, não estávamos doentes, tínhamos apenas 2 meses e meio de idade - não somos o grupo certo com mais de um ano. Mas ainda assim - sempre que éramos intimidados, deprimidos ou o que quer que seja - somos doentes mentais de acordo com a psiquiatria sueca que rapidamente nos rotulou e escreveu jornais tendenciosos colocando toda a culpa em nós e deixando de fora qualquer coisa que os outros nos fizessem .. !! E nossos estúpidos pais caíram direto na armadilha ao confiar na psiquiatria racista para nos dar uma avaliação justa - eles obviamente aproveitaram a oportunidade para ganhar novos pacientes às custas de nosso futuro e liberdade. A adoção é um crime contra nossos direitos humanos. É bom apenas enquanto eles não questionarem a nossa saúde mental, o que os suecos fazem o tempo todo, porque se tornou sua norma sempre ver as crianças adotadas como "potencialmente doentes mentais".

Então, na Suécia ... Se você for adotado e qualquer coisa negativa acontecer na escola ou em casa ... Você está mentalmente doente e os suecos brancos não fizeram nada com você. Mesmo que eles tenham intimidado você da 1ª à 4ª séries e causado ainda mais problemas depois. E não estou culpando todos os suecos brancos - apenas 7 pessoas intimidando a mim e à Deborah ou nos tratando mal. Mas isso é o suficiente para a psiquiatria entrar e colocar a culpa em nós.
