They said i needed the Guardian because of "sickness" - when in-fact i were just a spoiled kid that never had to take responsibility!
"The thing is, that i may have been a spoiled brat as a kid and a teenager. My adoptive-parents never demanded me to take any responsibility, same for my sister - the only responsibility we needed to take was doing our homework and cleaning our rooms.
As i were always playing games on the computer in a different room my own bed-room was more or less cleaned all the time.
So pretty much school were the only responsibility we had. My adoptive-mom used to clean the house, cook the food, put the food on the table literally, remove the food, dish etc.
My adoptive-Father used to take care of the car, the grass etc.
I could simply do my homework then spend my time playing games or watching TV-series/movies.
So i may have lacked insight in my own issues back when i moved out in the year 2009. I were not a responsible person, i were easy to fool by girls because of my naivety and trust of others, i were unresponsible because of my adoptive-parents never demanding me to take responsibility in many areas.
I've realized that compared to other 19-year olds i may have been spoiled. That my Parents did do a lot of stuff that Parents normally would demand their kids to do after the year of 15.
In any case, after the conflicts in highschool in 2006 i had to be examined by the child-psychiatry. They said i had autistic signs, and "marginal retardation" - same for Deborah.
Of course my adoptive-Mom especially, but also to some extent adoptive-Dad - might have believed these papers - and hence might have been why they never demanded us to take responsibility. I were 16 years old when the child-psychiatry said i had those diagnoses.
Yeah, and when i moved out in 2009 the court seemed to explain my immatureness with the diagnoses, instead of as a result of the adoptive-parents not demanding any responsibility from neither me nor Deborah.
I mean, if they never demanded us to take responsibility, and served us with food etc up until the very moment we moved out - then i can't really say it's a big surprise that i'm not the most mature guy when moving out of the family home.
But the court blamed this on the diagnoses, and said i needed the Guardian because of "sickness" - when in-fact i were just a spoiled kid that never had to take responsibility. I can't just change over night i guess.
I never had a need for a Guardian, it's too much - but i can see why i got a "Good Man".
My immature behaviour and reasoning was not obvious to me back then. But i can clearly see it now. My only problem is that the court explained it with sickness, due to the existing (on paper) diagnoses - where i would explain it with my adoptive-Parents never demanding me to take responsibility in the first place.
I just find it disgusting how the court had to explain it with sickness because of the diagnoses. But if you have a diagnose in Sweden, no matter how you got one, they will blame every problem on them - even when there are other explanations that are way better than "sickness"."
